These conditions shall form the basis of the contract between the seller and the buyer in relation to the sale of Goods, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including the Buyer's standard conditions of purchase order or any other document.
All orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase Goods from the Seller pursuant to these conditions.
We collect the information given at the time of your order. This information is not disclosed to any third party. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Whilst we try to display goods on our Site that are held in stock, if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will be given the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.
Pricing
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right at any time and without explanation to withhold credit facilities from and to limit the amount or period of credit we will grant to any customer.
Tax Charges
For all customers in the UK and all European Union Countries, VAT is charged at 17.5%.
Delivery
Unless stated otherwise, delivery to UK and Ireland is included in the price.
We aim to deliver goods to you within 7 to 10 working days.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or consequential loss arising from non delivery or late delivery, or for delay or failure to complete the contract arising as the result of strikes, lockouts, labour disturbances, fire, frost, accidents, breakdown, acts of god, force majeure, or any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Acceptance of the Goods
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after delivery to the buyer.
The Buyer shall carry out a through inspection of the Goods within 48 hours of delivery and shall give written notification to the Seller within 5 working days of delivery of the Goods of any defects, which a reasonable examination would have revealed.
Where the Buyer has accepted, or has been deemed to have accepted, the Goods the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract.
Returns/ Warranty
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
YOUR PRODUCT MUST BE COMPLETE, UNUSED AND IN 'AS NEW' CONDITION (E.G. IF YOU HAVE OPENED THE BOX TO EXAMINE THE PRODUCT YOU MUST HAVE DONE SO WITHOUT DAMAGING OR MARKING THE PRODUCT OR ITS PACKAGING IN ANY WAY). IT SHOULD BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL BOX, PACKING AND ACCESSORIES.
Variation of conditions
No agent or representive of the company, other than a Director has any authority to vary or omit these conditions or any terms.

Credit Card details are collected using an SSL secured server.
